Residential Care Worker

Salary: £24,919 per annum + £750 nursing allowance
Duties will include:
Leading an effective, motivated and committed team of care staff providing residents with person centred care that will meet their personal, physical, social and psychological needs in accordance with National Care Standards, GSCC Code of Conduct and organisational values.
Being responsible for and contribute to the preparation of care plans, their updating and review by the care team, to be relevant to each individual resident’s needs. This should be done in consultation with residents, advocates and their families.
